Bonjour,
La campagne "Contrat Doctoral et prolongation Handicap" (CDH) pour l’année 2026 est ouverte. Si vous êtes en situation de handicap et souhaitez obtenir un contrat doctoral ou une prolongation, voici les étapes à suivre.
Si vous souhaitez postuler, vous devez :
  • Prendre contact avec école doctorale de votre choix avant le 27 mars 2026 pour établir votre dossier de candidature
  • Compléter avec le directeur de thèse le dossier ci-joint et vous assurer de collecter les signatures et avis demandés (signatures et avis du directeur de thèse et du directeur d’unité de recherche)
Si vous postulez pour un contrat doctoral handicap :
  • Vous devez être inscrit en deuxième année de master (ou formation équivalente) ou en première année de doctorat.
  • Vous devez disposer d’une Reconnaissance de la Qualité de Travailleur Handicapé (RQTH) ou d’une attestation de dépôt d’un dossier complet auprès de la Maison départementale des personnes handicapées (MDPH).

Si vous demandez une prolongation de votre contrat doctoral handicap :
  • Vous devez être réinscrit à l’Université Paris-Saclay.
  • Vous devez avoir déjà bénéficié d’un contrat doctoral handicap.
  • Vous devez disposer d’une RQTH ou d’une attestation de dépôt auprès de la MDPH.

Votre dossier sera ensuite examiné par une commission institutionnelle de classement qui se réunira le dans la semaine du 20 au 24 avril 2026. Les résultats seront communiqués à partir du 23 juin 2026, avec une demande de confirmation.

The “Contrat doctoral et prolongation Handicap" (CDH) (Doctoral Contract and Extension for persons with disabilities) program has been renewed for 2026. As in previous years, doctoral contracts for students with disabilities will be funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (CDH-Ministry Call) and by Université Paris-Saclay (CDH-Idex UPScalay Call).
A call for the extension of doctoral contracts for students with disabilities has also been launched.
If you have a disability and wish to apply for a doctoral contract or an extension, please follow these steps:
  • Contact the doctoral school of your choice before Friday, March 27th, 2026, to begin your application process. (Applications must be submitted in Word format. We strongly recommend reaching out to the doctoral school as early as possible, well before the deadline.)
  • Complete the attached application form with your thesis supervisor and ensure all required signatures and approvals are collected (thesis supervisor and research unit director).
For new doctoral contract applicants:
  • You must be enrolled in the second year of a master’s program (or equivalent) or in the first year of a doctoral program.
  • You must have a Recognition of Disabled Worker Status (RQTH) or proof of submission of a complete application to the Departmental House for Disabled Persons (MDPH).
For doctoral contract extensions:
  • You must be re-enrolled at Université Paris-Saclay.
  • You must have previously been awarded a doctoral contract under the CDH program.
  • You must have an RQTH or proof of submission to the MDPH.

Your application will then be reviewed by an internal committee, that will rank application. This commitee will meet between April 21st and April 24th , 2026.
Results will be communicated starting from June 22nd, 2026, along with a request for confirmation.

Important: Follow the University's Timeline. You must stick with the Université Paris-Saclay’s application timeline (not the Ministry’s platform timeline, which applies to institutions, not candidates).
Deadline: Your complete application must be submitted to the doctoral school no later than March 27th , 2026.
