Dear all,

- You want to internationalize your CV?

- You want to meet Belgians, Italians and Finns and be part of the same European adventure?

This ERASMUS+ opportunity is for you! It is for PhD students, regardless of your thesis year, and for master students. The European partners are KU Leuven, Parma, and Helsinki Universities.

This activity totally free is simple, you will join a group of 24 students (6 from each partner university) to follow 20 hours of online training during which you will work as a team on an innovative unpublished object (application, device, etc.). These sessions will start on Tuesday, April 22 until Friday, May 23, 2025 with a light rythm, namely 4 hours per week. Two professors will manage your team and regularly challenge you on your project. You will also have sessions about entrepreneurship, work in an international environment, project management, business plan, interculturality by experts from the 4 universities and beyond.

The second part of the program is also very amazing because it will allow you to meet your Belgian, Italian and Finn colleagues at the Faculty of Pharmacy of KU Leuven from the 26th to the 30th of May 2025. Over those 5 days, there will be time to continue working on your project and start repeating the final defense that you will have to make and also some cultural activities, visit of an industrial site and maybe a gala evening will be organized.

You can find all information on the following webpage:

The whole program will obviously be in English.

So tempted?

You can register until February 7, 2025 by sending an email to Dorine BONTE

dorine.bonte@universite-paris-saclay.fr

With the filled questionnaire explaining your motivations to participate in this program.

Be careful, the number of places is limited! Only 6 places available for Paris-Saclay!

Your CV will thank you! Then sign up!

Registration to the program is free. For the trip to Leuven, you will benefit from an Erasmus scholarship of 350 euros to cover a large part of your expenses of transport, meals and accommodation for the week. Financially accessible accommodation is available and some meals will be provided during the week. It is a real ERASMUS MINI-MOBILITY!

I remain at your disposal for any questions.

Sincerely,

Dorine Bonte for the BIP team
