Pedagogical Approach: Through interactive classwork students will : Learn to create efficient work groups and identify team roles Determine a common language and common processes for giving feedback, for addressing conflict, for achieving objectives Participate in simulations and role plays Analyse and discuss video extracts and audio interviews of international managers. Pre-requisites: Level B2+ (advanced) in English Course participants from a variety of cultural backgrounds (we recommend a maximum of 6 French students) Students taking this course will not be accepted on \"Managing communication in an International context\"".
