1) Pour avoir des informations dès votre arrivée, inscrivez-vous à l'un des Arrival Days à Orsay en cliquant ici.
Si vous êtes déjà inscrit, vous avez reçu un mail de confirmation. Il n'est pas nécessaire de remplir le formulaire de nouveau.
Dates : jeudi 31 août ou vendredi 1er septembre ou lundi 4 septembre ou mardi 5 septembre (le programme des 4 jours est identique)
Horaires : 10h-19h
Lieu : arrêt Orsay-Ville, RER B
Pour
rappel, les Arrival Days ne sont pas obligatoires mais vous permettent
d'obtenir de premières informations dès votre arrivée en France.
Vous
serez accueilli à Orsay par le personnel de l'université, qui vous
présentera les démarches administratives à réaliser dans les premiers
jours et répondra à vos questions concernant la vie étudiante. Vous
serez également orientés pour rejoindre votre lieu d'habitation.
Si vous arrivez avant le 31 août, vous pouvez tout de même venir à un Arrival Day pour avoir toutes les informations utiles.
Si vous arrivez sur d'autres campus, vous pouvez consulter le site Internet pour connaître les dates des dispositifs correspondants.
2) Après les webinaires de juillet, concernant l'intégration, les démarches administratives et la vie pratique, nous proposons un webinaire pour vous montrer comment réaliser les procédures à
faire dès votre arrivée : validation du visa, affiliation à la sécurité
sociale, souscription à une assurance santé et responsabilité civile,
ouverture d'un compte en banque, etc.
Ce webinaire aura lieu le jeudi 7 septembre à 17h (UTC +2) sur Teams.

We
remind you that the Arrival Days are not mandatory but give you the
opportunity to get information as soon as you arrive in France.
You
will meet staff members in Orsay, who will tell you more about the
administrative procedures you will have to complete in the first few
days and will answer all of your questions regarding student life
Depending on the location of your accommodation, we will take you to
your student residence or give you a transportation ticket and tell you
how to get there.
If you arrive before August 31st, you can still come to an Arrival Day to get all the useful information.
If you arrive on another campus, you can visit the website to see when the arrival days are organised on your campus.
1) After the July webinars regarding integration, administrative procedures and daily life, we will show you in a new webinar how to complete the necessary procedures upon your arrival:
validation of the visa, registration for social security, purchasing a
health and civil liability insurance, opening a bank account, etc.
This webinar will take place on Thursday, September 7th at 5 p.m. (UTC +2) on Teams.
